Three Fall 2020 admissions trends were evident across the board at The University of California Counselor Conference:
- Waitlists are being utilized to keep acceptances under the desired true enrollment numbers so the UCs do not face over-enrollment.
- The ELC (Eligibility in the Local Context) and Statewide Guarantee programs are going to become harder to manage as the smaller campuses like UC Merced become more of a draw for direct applicants.
